CHAMOMILE COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

¼ cup filtered water

1 bag Three Chamomile Tea

¼ cup Organic Coconut Milk

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut

1 banana, peeled, cut and frozen

¼ teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract

handful of ice

Method

Boil filtered water and steep chamomile tea for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Scoop out the fat that has separated from the liquid from the can of coconut milk and process in a blender with all other ingredients, until rich and creamy.
