2 cups Organic RAW Pitted Dates (soaked for 15 minutes)
1½ cups Organic RAW Whole Almonds
½ cup Organic Essential Omega, Flaxseed & Chia
½ cup Organic RAW Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon Organic RAW Virgin Coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
1 cup Organic Cashews, RAW Whole (soaked overnight)
1 cup Organic Coconut Milk
½ cup Organic RAW Virgin Coconut oil
½ cup Organic RAW Cacao Powder
3 tablespoons Organic Brown Rice Malt Syrup
Dark Chocolate 85% Cacao (melted)
Add all base ingredients to a food processor and process until a dough consistency is achieved. Transfer to a square pan lined with baking paper.
Add all topping ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Pour topping over the base and place in the fridge to set.
Once set, remove from the fridge and slice into even squares (or bars) and drizzle with melted chocolate.
They will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
