Ingredients

BROWNIE

¾ cup Organic RAW Whole Almonds

¾ cup Organic Brazil Nuts

¾ cup Organic RAW Pitted Dates

¼ cup Organic Sultanas

3 tablespoons Organic RAW Virgin Coconut oil

¼ cup Organic RAW Cacao Powder

pinch of salt

pinch of vanilla powder

ALMOND BUTTER FROSTING

2 tablespoons Organic RAW Virgin Coconut oil

3 tablespoons Organic Brown Rice Malt Syrup

¼ cup Organic Almond Butter

Method

Line a standard square slice tin with baking paper.

To make the brownies, first add the nuts to a food processor and process into a powder. Add remaining brownie ingredients and process into a dough. Press dough into your prepared tin.

To make the cacao frosting, add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Spread frosting evenly over your brownies and pop in the fridge for a couple hours to set.
