2 cups quick cook rolled oats Organic Rolled Oats, Wholegrain Quick Cooking
1 cup Organic Coconut, Shredded
¼ cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup Organic Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Organic Sultanas
3/4 cup Organic Coconut Nectar Syrup
6 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil, Virgin Cold-Pressed
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan assisted). Lightly grease and line the base and sides of a 23cm square tin.
Place the rolled oats, coconut, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, almonds, cranberries and sultanas into a mixing bowl.
Gently heat the Coconut Nectar syrup and coconut oil over a medium heat until coconut oil is melted and syrup warm. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix together until well combined. Press mixture firmly into the tin, ensuring the top is smooth.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until slice is an even golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the tin before removing and cutting into pieces. Store in an airtight container
