Spiced Quinoa Porridge

Ready in 25 minutes | Serves 2


½ cup Organic Quinoa, White

1 cup Organic Coconut Milk(more if needed)

1 banana, chopped

¼ cup Organic Sultanas

Ground Cinnamon a good pinch

a good pinch Organic Ginger Powder


Combine all ingredients in a pot, except the Almond Butter and coconut yoghurt, simmer over a medium heat for around 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked.

Add more liquid if needed to reach your desired creamy consistency.

Remove from the heat and stir through the Almond Butter, top with coconut yoghurt. Serve hot.
