½ cup Organic Sunflower Seeds
½ cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
¼ cup Organic Sesame Seeds, Unhulled
¼ cup Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa)
¼ cup Organic Whole Flaxseed
¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds, Black
½ teaspoon Organic Ground Turmeric
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup Organic Coconut Aminos Seasoning
¾ cup filtered water
Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the mixture to completely gel together.
Transfer seed mixture to the pre-prepared baking tray and spread thinly and evenly using a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and slice into crackers. Return to the oven to cook for another 20-30 minutes, until crisp and golden.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container.
