2 cans Organic Chickpeas / Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup Organic Tahini, Hulled
¼ cup Brown Rice Unpasterised White Miso (Genmai Shiro)
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons Organic Umeboshi Vinegar (optional)
½ cup ice cold water
salt and pepper, to taste
Organic Sesame Oil, Toasted
Organic Roasted Seaweed Nori Snack (crushed)
Organic Black Sesame Seeds
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until ultra smooth, scraping down the sides as required. Thin with water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Transfer hummus to a bowl and drizzle with toasted sesame oil. Top with a sprinkling of seaweed and black sesame seeds.
Use as a dip with your favourite rice crackers. It’s great in sandwiches too!
