Tasting Notes

The fruit for this wine is sourced from Hawkes Bay and Marlboruogh vineyards. Cold soaked for five days prior to inoculating for fermentation. Regular hand plunging and pumping-over for a high flavour extraction before maturation in French oak barriques.

Palate & Aroma:Plum red in colour the palate has layered fruit aromas of black plum and spiced blueberry underpinned with dark chocolate notes and a fine cocoa like tannin.
